Bio

Aubree Brown Nelson, a Baltimore native, began her journey as a dancer at a performing arts magnet school, Sudbrook Magnet Middle School. She then continued her training at Baltimore School for the Arts, under the guidance of Norma Pera, Anton Wilson, Deborah Robinson and Linda Denise Fisher-Harrell. Aubree also attended various summer intensives including Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Pennsylvania Regional Ballet, and a Fellowship Scholar at the Ailey Summer Intensive. She has performed works by George Balanchine, Troy Powell, Jessica Lang, Ray Mercer, Dwight Rhoden, Desmond Richardson, Jennifer Archibald, Amy Hall Garner, Rich & Tone, Anthony Burrell, JaQuel Knight, Oth'than Burnside, Sarah O'Gleby, Chris Bailey, Kevin Maher and many others. The start of her professional career began in 2013, when she joined Ailey II. She is now represented by Bloc - NYC, freelancing as a professional dancer and model. Aubree's most notable credits include: Beyonce, Becky G, SNL with Jimmy Fallon, Chicago The Musical National Tour 2020, iLuminate, KD New York and campaigns for Shea Moisture, Exhale Spa and Heineken.
